We are delighted to announce that we have achieved our International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) accreditation for three standards: Environmental Management, Quality Management and Occupational Health and Safety Management. Ryan and the team have worked with QMS International to improve the processes and standards within our business to achieve our certification.
The ISO is an independent, non-governmental, international organisation with a membership of 164 national standards bodies.Through its members, it brings together experts to share knowledge and develop voluntary, consensus-based, market relevant International Standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges.

ISO 14001

The ISO 14001 certification is a globally recognised sign of a business' commitment to the preservation of the environment.
In achieving the ISO 14001 certification, Espresso Solutions has proved that we meet the high standards set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) to protect the environment.
Espresso Solutions takes pride in reducing the environmental impact we have on the world and in the successful acquisition of the ISO 14001 standard that dedication has been validated. In order to achieve certification Espresso Solutions had to demonstrate a systematic approach to environmental management and show dedication to sustainable development.
To ensure continuing dedication to the ISO 14001 standard, each year an external audit is carried out by a third party to guarantee that everything is still in place and any improvements needed are addressed.

The ISO 45001 standard is designed to ensure that an organisation is committed to assessing risks and promoting a safe and healthy working environment for employees and visitors.
This certification is proof of Espresso Solutions' adherence to the high standards set by the ISO.
Espresso Solutions has achieved this important award through our dedication to safety by identifying, controlling and managing risks to keep our employees, and visitors to the premises in which we work, safe.
An annual external audit is carried out by a third party where our practices and systems are assessed to confirm that standards remain high and that any non-conformances are noted for rectification.

ISO 9001 is recognised worldwide as the international benchmark for quality within an organisation.
By achieving our ISO 9001 certification, Espresso Solutions are able to demonstrate to customers and suppliers that the systems we have in place meet the high standards set out by the ISO.
To gain the ISO 9001 certification, Espresso Solutions had to demonstrate our dedication and commitment to meeting our customers’ needs, operating efficient management processes and delivering consistent, good quality products and services.
As with all of our ISO accreditations, each year, an external Audit is carried out by a third party to ensure our systems are maintained and any non-conformances are noted for correction.
