Backorders
We offer over 15,000 parts for over 35 different machine manufacturers on our website and whilst all parts listed are available to order, not all items are available for next-day delivery as some parts may not currently be in stock at our warehouse. If you order an out-of-stock item, it will go on backorder and you will be notified that this may cause your order to be part shipped whilst we wait for further stock, or held entirely until we have all lines available to ship at once. All incoming stock is allocated in date priority to existing orders first.
If an order is part shipped, a backorder is created, which can be tracked through your account. When in stock, this is then shipped with your next outgoing order, or if you let us know that you do not plan to place another order in the near future, we can look to arrange a second delivery for you which may incur an additional delivery charge. Please note we do not part ship international orders.
Special Orders
Some lines we have available to purchase are not kept in regular supply so will carry a wait time, as this will be classed as a 'special order'. These parts will not be ordered from our supplier until after a customer order has been placed. Should you not be able to find what you are looking for, we always encourage emailing in your enquiry as this may be something that can be sourced.
