As part of our commitment to continually improve our environmental practices, we're excited to launch eDelivery notes! 

The new paperless delivery notes will be sent electronically, via email, upon dispatch of your order. The eDelivery note will contain all the same information as your paper one; your order number, dispatch date and items and quantities. In 2017, we switched to 100% recycled paper, which we estimate saves at least 336kg of wood, 4860 litres of water, 870 kWh energy and 72kg of CO2 per year. By eliminating paper delivery notes (printed on recycled paper) this year, we estimate that will save a further 51kg of CO2, 1,327 litres of water and 7.5kg of solid waste (sludge and other wastes generated during pulp and paper manufacturing) per year.
