Warehouse Lead/Supervisor£23,500 - £26,000
We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations. Working with our warehouse team, you will ensure our daily warehouse operations run smoothly; managing all aspects of dispatch, stock management, booking in stock orders, delivery checks, stock takes and ensuring our warehouse is clean, tidy and compliant.
Marketing Executive£24,000 - £28,000
We are looking for a highly creative marketing executive to plan and execute our marketing across social media, email, our website and at events. You will work closely with our internal marketing team and external marketing agency to ensure that our products and services are showcased across our marketing channels throughout the year.
Junior Developer£25,000 - £35,000
We are looking for a talented and motivated junior developer to join our team and help us create the foundations of a new coffee focussed SaaS venture.
Customer Service Coordinator£20,000 - £24,000
The successful candidate will work closely with our head of customer service and assist with answering customer enquiries via phone, chat, email and through our ticket system. The role also involves assisting with new customer account enquiries, sales order processing and general day-to-day administrative support.
Customer Service Coordinator£20,000 - £22,500
The successful applicant would join as a vital part of the business as a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator but will be trained to be able to offer technical support in-house and to customers. They would manage the processing of sales orders that come in via our websites, email & over the phone, as well as raising invoices, driving business development and customer support.
Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator£21,000 - £25,000
We are looking for a purchasing and procurement coordinator to manage all aspects of purchasing with delivery planning, inventory ordering and assisting with customer orders. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels through the timely placement of purchase orders to meet customer orders, whilst providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the team.
Warehouse Assistant£18,000 - £22,000
As a Warehouse Assistant at Espresso Solutions, you will join our operational team and will report to the General Manager. You will be a key team player, using a variety of warehouse control systems for all operations including receipting of goods, picking, packing, despatch and shipping.
We are looking for someone to join our technical team, overseeing our technical content and dealing with technical enquiries via our helpdesk platform. The role will also encompass hands-on experience feeding back on product improvements to our core partners.
