This is the Perfomance Touch kit for the La Marzocco GS3. Performance Touch means that the steam arm remains cool when used and helps improve the ergonomics and eliminate the risk of burns. This kit allows you to retrospectively change the complete steam arm and mount of a non Performance Touch steam arm.
