This is an original La Mazocco ball valve, which is used in most of the machines; GB5 x-s, GB5 FB80, GS3, KB90, LCS, PB, MODBAR, FB70.

This part is used to shut off steam or water. They can be found between the steam boiler and steam valve, and under both steam and coffee boilers for draining.
