Description

The cold touch steam wand looks the same as any steam wand but its designed for the operator to not get burned during use. So, in addition to providing greater safety against burns, it guarantees easy cleaning, helping reduce milk build-up.

The wand is designed with an additional layer of steel inside that keep contact with the steam, this is kept from the exterior metal by an air chamber. This chamber prevents the spread of heat to the external tube, which is the one that will then touch the barista.
