A unique tool which, thanks to the shape of its base, simultaneously operating with an equal movement downward pressure (compression) and a horizontal movement (coffee redistribution), however, still leaving space to the use of the presser.

The objective is to provide an accessory that allows a better extraction of the coffee. The 'Chisel' improves the distribution of the coffee in the filter obtaining the maximum from lateral movement with a minimum of downward pressure.

The slight impression left from the central part in relief compresses only 6% of the surface of the coffee, compared to 30% of the other deployment tools. The Chisel distributes the coffee evenly and prevents air pockets remain in the ground.
