For our 10-year anniversary last year, we committed to raising £10,000 for Orbis UK. Thanks to a massive effort from our team, friends like you and our amazing partners - we're delighted to say that we smashed our target and managed to raise a grand total of £12,226! ✨ 

Orbis is a global charity that brings people together to fight avoidable blindness in developing countries. Their network of partners mentor, train and inspire local teams to fight blindness in their own communities. They also have an incredible Flying Eye Hospital that travels to developing countries, giving free eye treatments and training local eye doctors.

The funds we have raised will support their work to protect people in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, a leading producer of speciality coffee, from blinding trachoma. ❤️

Run Gatwick & Run Reigate

In May, members of our team proudly took on Run Gatwick. Personal bests and targets were smashed and lots of money was raised. Then in September, the team ran Run Reigate, with Daniel taking on his very first half-marathon and even more PBs being smashed by the team!  

Tough Mudder

As if the team hadn't been pushing themselves enough, a week after Run Reigate they took on Tough Mudder, a challenging obstacle course built on the foundation of teamwork. The team did brilliantly and made it through the entire course - with only a few splats of mud...

The Big Coffee Raffle 

In December, we collaborated with The Gentlemen Baristas and Alex Dantes Smith to create The Big Coffee Raffle! Prizes included a La Marzocco Linea Mini, a Morning Machine, Fellow Stagg EKG Kettle, Acaia Pearl Pitch Scale and so much more.

The Big Coffee Raffle raised just over £5,085! A huge thank you goes to our friends at The Gentlemen Baristas, La Marzocco UK, Niche, Acaia, Fellow and of course, Alex Dantes Smith for making it all possible. (Keep your eyes peeled, The Big Coffee Raffle will be returning in 2023!)

London Marathon 

In April this year (on London Coffee Festival weekend!), Ryan and Kate took on the London Marathon! Although it was incredibly challenging, with both Ryan and Kate suffering from injuries from training, it was a truly amazing experience and they both did us so proud!

Donating 1% of Fellow Sales

To top it all off, we donated 1% of ALL of our Fellow sales to Orbis UK between August 2022 and April 2023. This meant that when you purchased any Fellow product, you were helping to prevent avoidable blindness in Ethiopia. ☕

We cannot thank you enough for your support and generous donations throughout the past year. They will make a world of difference to so many people.
