BWT bestbarista ROC COFFEE represents a completely new evolutionary stage in water optimization for coffee and all types of hot beverages. Regardless of the local water hardness, the system optimizes the best and most balanced water for the preparation of coffee.

In the first stage, almost all minerals and undesirable substances are removed from the local raw water using reverse osmosis technology. In a second step, minerals are added to optimally improve the extraction process. In this controlled process, the quantity of minerals in the water and the quality of the minerals are optimized. The unique mineral mixture developed by BWT, with a focus on magnesium and silicate, ensures a balanced and globally standardized quality of coffee water.
