This is an original Mazzer 83mm burr set for the ZM & ZM Plus grinder. Mazzer have designed the ZM & ZM Plus grinder to fit a variety of burrs to suit different tastes.

The K151I burrs fit for brewing both espresso & filtered coffee. Espresso cups will have a lighter and clearer taste, while filtered coffees will give a richer taste and be more intense.

If you were looking for a different burr for the ZM & ZM Plus:

• The K151B burrs best fits for brewing espresso coffee. Expect espresso cups to be sweet, milk in acidity, low bitterness and with a mellow syrupy body.
• The K151F burrs best fits for using with filtered coffee. It delivers a higher TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) giving a pleasant mouth feel of a full-bodied filter coffee. The coffee will be complex in taste, but bright and layered with the different flavours. Expect sweet balanced acidity.
• The K151G burrs best fits for using for filtered coffee. Expect faster brewing with higher clarity and softer expressions of flavours, giving an overall silky tea-like texture with lighter after taste.
